The 30 Day Jumpstart Program is super simple!
You to commit to 3 things everyday for 30 days:
- Drink about 100 oz of water
- Eat the breakfasts I design for you – I’ll provide recipes, many of which are grab & go, all of which are delicious!
- Any exercise you want for 15 min everyday (could be walking or lifting weights or anything you want to do, I will give you ideas too!)
You’ll get weekly 30 minute coaching for accountability, encouragement, problem solving and assistance in anything you need!
