Each week we will have a short group zoom call to discuss that week’s lessons! Everyone will get the chance to ask their health questions. In addition, you’ll get one 30 minute private coaching sessions to get more personalized coaching. We will have group zoom call on Monday before the launch date to answer questions, let you know how to start and the tools you’ll need to succeed! I’m here to support you in any way possible!
