Each week we will have a short group conference call on zoom to learn additional health lessons, tips, and tricks! Everyone will get the chance to ask their health questions. In addition, you’ll have 2 private coaching sessions to get more personalized coaching. We will have group conference call on Monday before the launch date to answer questions, let you know how to start and the tools you’ll need to succeed! I’m here to support you in any way possible!
